Norea Cup filler

BM 160 Cup Filler is built for a client for filling yoghurt with fruits for 500g - 1 Kg . The fruits that were filled with the yoghurt is at 1,5cm . The machine has been used from 2007 up until 2017 in the same dairy facility with 8 hour production 2 times a week. In 2019 the machine has been under full service with new SIEMENS HMI and has been on stock. This cup filler is mainly driven by a gear box and the movements are activated by air operated pistons, making this an easy to use, easy to service and low cost spare parts . The HEPA filter that is fitted on the top of the filler with in the closed cabinet provides a clean air circulation pushing out all the air in the cabinet continuously keeping the filling environment under pressure. This is equipped with palm UV lamp on the film for sterilisation. The machine can be used for Yoghurt, Custard, Cream, Rice pudding, chocolate praline, tzatziki, mayonnaise, etc.
